The contact page: http://www.sparkol.com/contact/ does not currently have your company phone number, office hours or some of the other info listed elsewhere: http://help.videoscribe.co/support/solutions/articles/1000043157
My suggestion is to put all of the contact information on the contact page and direct all relevant links to that one page.
