I have completed my scribe, and then found I could not export the file so I paid $28 for the pro monthly rental but I still can't convert the file to export it because whenever I try (10 times or so) the application goes non-responsive. Given the price, this is highly frustrating. Help?

Almost always a result of oversized images or excessive camera settings.
