How to create a second page : Account

I have the trial version. Do I need the full version to create a second page? I don't see how to do this in a tutorial.

Thanks Mike, that's so odd. It's not intuitive at all. Which Version 2 video tutorial shows how to do this. I don't quite get it. Thanks.

I got it thanks. Watched the videos a few times. You just have to play with it. It's like the camera is really a "set" buttom.
