when I try to install sparkol videoscribe by using the setup that I downloaded from the website,

it just ends the installing process in a fraction of a second and says

Sparkol VideoScribe setup ended prematurely because of an errer. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run theinstallation again.

click the "finish" to exit the Setup Wizard.

I have no idea what system to modify.

1 Mac or PC or other device?
2 what operating system?
3 what is the name of the file that you downloaded from the website?
4 how much free hard disk space do you have?
5 are you installing on a work computer in an office that might have restrictions on what can be installed?

i have video scribe installation simple process but i have install my pc open  it but 

user name and passward not accepted my account so can you help me  

If you are using an older version of videoscribe (older than 2.1.2), then you must upgrade to a newer version. The old ones are no longer supported.

If your problem is something different then you may have to provide a better description of the problem.

Adnan, I can see you only downloaded the software last week so won't be a version issue. Sounds to me like you need a good old password reset and you should be fine.

1) What operating system do you have on your computer?

2) instead of trying to install directly from the download page, save the installation file to your computer first

and then find it on your hard drive and run it from there.
