Videoscribe crash - when I try to log in claims im already logged in

Videoscribe freeze up, and I had to close it. Now I cant log in, what do I do?

usually you just have to wait 10 minutes (or maybe it's 5 minutes?) and then login,

You may want to correct any oversized images or excessive cammera settings that might be causing a crash. and then continue working.

Hi Mike. Thanks for answering my post.

Yes the login worked eventually.

I went to your post and tried to follow the guidelines where applicable. I think my scribe is too long though, so its just too much for the program to handle. I have a high-end lapstop, so I think it should do OK, but the load is at 1,5 GB of memory usage of videoscribe! So I will find a good spot to finish this one and continue on a new one.

I think I read somewhere that 1.5 GB is the maximum memory usage for videoscribe, so yes it is probably maxed out.

If your scribe is more than 10 or 15 minutes then you may want to break it into two or more scribes and join the videos together with video editing software.
