I am trying to post numerous dollar signs on one page. Currently, one will show up, then the screen will move over (passing the dollar sign) and place another one. I want the viewer to be able to see the previous dollar while the new one is being drawn.

You can do this by setting the camera position on your images (the camera position is the portion of the canvas that is shown when drawing a particular element). To do this select your image(s), set your view to your desired position, and set the camera position (you can do this with the camera icon with the tick in it in the bottom right of the screen).
