Unable to begin trial

 can I get someone to either respond by email or phone ???????.

Happy to try trial, but simply cant get it to recognise my new email address

Can you add a new support question and detail with screenshots exactly what happens with your email problem



 New support ticket put in as requested, with screen shots and full description of the problem.
