Ho can you delete the rejected images from my library? It s getting crowded and confusing to have them both without being able to keep just the approved ones.

if you mean your recently used images, move your mouse cursor over one , then click the X to delete it.

I have an image I mistakenly uploaded and now it freezes and crashes the software... I can't "move my mouse over it and press the x"

I have opened a ticket that has not been responded to.  Is there anything at all I can do to resume work?

1) delete it out of a scribe project?
or
delete it out of the recently used images menu?

2) what exactly are you doing when the program crashes?

(customer support has made a post about their holiday schedule somewhere further down in the forums.)
