If you need to have a receipt resent to you from BlueSnap:
- Log in to your Sparkol account
- On the summary page, click or tap ‘Subscriptions and invoices’
- Select the link to your 'BlueSnap control panel'. The link will take you to your BlueSnap account.
- In the recent charges section, click on 'Order info'
- In the drop-down menu, select the resend option
- Once you have selected 'Receipt' from the drop down menu, press 'Send'
You will receive the receipt via email.
