Customers with an active subscription can upgrade their payment plan. Monthly payment plans can be upgraded to a yearly payment plan.
Please Note: Due to website maintenance the upgrade functionality of the site is currently not available. If you would like to upgrade your subscription please raise a support ticket via http://help.sparkol.com/support/tickets/new and one of the team will do this for you.
Please note: If you have already cancelled your subscription then this option will not be available to you. Please raise a ticket with customer support if this is the case and they can reverse your cancellation to allow you to complete this.
Step 2. Enter the email address you signed up for an account with (A) and password (B) and click Log-in login (C)
Step 3. Click on ‘Subscriptions and invoices’ (A)
Step 4. Click on Upgrade next to your active subscription (A)In this case we are looking to upgrade a subscription on a monthly payment plan
A small number of customer will have an older subscription from a previous payment partner. If this is you, steps 5 and 6 are not applicable. Instead you will be directed to alternative instructions (see links below).
Step 5. You will now be presented with your upgrade options and the prices each will cost. Pick the option you would like and click ‘Review your upgrade’ next to that option.
You will be displayed the upgrade price for a yearly payment plan. Each price has a ‘show how the price is calculated’ link and clicking this will drop down a breakdown of the price. This will include the following as applicable:
- The retail price of the subscription upgrade
- Minus a refund of any time remaining on the existing subscription you are upgrading
- Minus any online web discounts that are valid at the time of your upgrade
- Plus VAT if it is applicable
Step 6. You are now taken to the payment page where you can check your billing information, amend if required, agree to the payment terms and click Pay Now to complete your upgrade.You will receive an invoice for the upgrade to the billing email address for the account. You will also be able to see this along with the change in payment plan for your subscription on the Subscriptions and invoices page of your account.
