The ver of video scribe is 3.6.11.
The same phenomenon occurred on Win10 and MacX.
If I use vedeo scribe ver 3.5.218, I can log in without any problem.

If you start videoscribe and press the login button twice, it will become inoperable.
The appearance did not change when I pressed the login button the first time.
