Hi all,

When I try to buy an image, I cannot go to the next step after type in the password.

I've already confirmed the password is correct.

But when I hit "Enter" the type in bar appears on the RED board, and I cannot process to the next step. There is no "next step" or similar button.

Is there a suggestion where may goes wrong?

 Do you have a paid subscription to videoscribe?

is it active or have you cancelled it?
