Since yesterday some features, like font color and image upload, is not running well. And the response time to every command is so very slow. A friend of mine has repported the same issue.  Is there any general problem?

 Does it happen if you restart videoscribe and create a brand new project? Or does it only happen with a bigger project?

 You should probably save your work online and raise a support ticket.
