I have rendered the project as video , after showing the render complete message i cannot find the video file in the PC (saved in desktop). since i am using version 3.2.1-6 on my windows pc. please help me

option 1) you can use windows explorer to search the hard drive for the file name you assigned to the video.

option 2) click the "download or publish scribe video" icon in the upper right corner of the screen again to open the rendering options menu(exact wording or location of icon may be different in different versions of videoscribe).

Next, click the Download video icon

The folder location of the previous rendered file is still displayed on that menu. note: you can click on the folder location to view or change it to a new location before rendering a video.
