View current camera position of elements

This is not true anymore: "Click twice on the element in the timeline and the current camera position for that element will be displayed." When I double click on the element in the timeline, it always brings up the properties window. What do I do to see the current position of the element?

from another thread:

"To view the camera position for an element, select the element in the timeline, expand the timeline, click the camera icon and then click the camera with the eye in it.

If you have an element selected in the timeline but cannot see it on the canvas, you can use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in or out and the selected element will automatically come into view."

Version older than version 3.2 have the double-click method I think. There are several threads about it.

Thank you very much for answering my question, Mike! I did look on the Help site but couldn't find the solution. Maybe I didn't get to the correct area. I appreciate your help!
