Are you sure that the file is a true MP3? This sometimes happens when audio files in other formats have the file extension changed to .mp3 (without actually re-encoding the file as an MP3). The audio file may still play in some applications but it will not work in VideoScribe.
You could try importing the file into Audacity (free audio recording and editing software) and then re-export it as an MP3. Then try importing into VideoScribe again.

hi... my audio is not importing from PC. I am selecting mp3 audio again and again , it selects but doesn't show in the videoscribe. Im using Videoscibe from 1 year but, it is happening first time....plz help me out.
