Rendering issue of WMV : Account

Hi team,

I face to an issue about exporting WMV files.

When I tried to exporting WMV file, it will show "render error" one my screen and fail in the end.

Could you help me to fix this problem?

BTW, I have update my vedioscribe to the last version and purchase one month PRO license.

If you save your project online and tell customer support the name of it, they may be able to help you figure out what is causing the failure.

Hi Ben,

I would recommend trying to render your scribe as a MOV or sending the scribe to sho.co from VideoScribe. You can download the scribe as an MP4 from sho.co once the render has completed. See Render and share scribes for instructions.
