You can have one voiceover track and one music track on each scribe. Both music and voiceover can be imported as MP3 audio files so you could add 2 different music tracks; one as a voiceover and one as a music track. Both will start playing from the beginning of the scribe so you would need to add silence at the beginning of one for the duration of the other so they play one after the other. Alternatively you can edit the 2 music tracks together as one MP3 and add to the music track section, then you could have a separate voiceover as well.
