Hi all,

I'm running into an issue of uploading my own GIF onto Videoscribe.

When I preview the GIF, it loops well.

However, when I upload the GIF onto Videoscribe, the gif is not showing as a loop but it's importing the photos all at once.

Is there a way to fix this? 

every frame of your gif should have an opaque background I think
