There has been a problem with this cancellation

Hi, 


When I canceled my subcription, I got the message as below: 


There has been a problem with this cancellation please contact us.


Pls advise what I should do.

Sorry that you had trouble cancelling your subscription. I have now cancelled your plan so no further payments will be taken and I can confirm that your subscription will expire at the end of the current service period.

Здравствуйте! Не могу отменить подписки. Прошли инструкции, которые у вас указаны. Но в личном кабинете нет таких кнопок, на которые вы ссылаетесь. А деньги списывают. Как отменить подписку в нашем случае?

It is a good idea to raise a ticket for billing questions and customer support will reply to you during regular UK business hours.

I received the following message; There has been a problem with this cancellation please contact us I then followed the instructions to cancel my payment via PayPal. I still receive the message in Sparkol about having a problem with the cancellation so it seems there is nothing further I can do there and I received a bill today. Please cancel my subscription.
