Hello,

For those that don't know Sparkol are a UK company and the support team are based here too so we will be closed for the UK Bank holidays here as well as on weekends. Also in addition to this our help site will also be down for maintenance by our supplier for a couple of hours on Christmas day, this will be between 19:30-21:30 (UK Time) on the 25th.  

With the exception of those 2 hours, the website will still be available with all the usual tutorials, instant answers and community forums at your finger tips. You will still be able to log support tickets with the team as well and they will be picked up as quickly as we can when in the office and we will still be aiming to get back to you within a working day.

Saturday 30 December - CLOSED - Standard weekend closure

Sunday 31 January - CLOSED - Standard weekend closure

Monday 1 January - CLOSED - UK Bank Holiday

Tuesday 2 January - OPEN - 09:00 to 17:30 (UK Time)
