Please save a copy of the scribe to your online directory then raise a support ticket and let us know the name of the scribe in the ticket so we can take a look.

You'll need to save a copy of the scribe to your online directory and then raise a support ticket.
In your ticket advise the name of your scribe.

He pagado la version PRO y lo unico que quiero es descargarme mi videoscribe en .mov pero cada vez que le doy a descargar me aparece una reproduccion de todo el video que va muy lento y no se acaba de descargar como archivo nunca. Lo necesito para ya. Porfavor, ayuda!
