I DON'T KNOW WHY, 

BUT WHEN I CLICK ON THE IMAGE I CAN'T MOVE IT, 

I COULD ONLY MOVE THE SCENE. 

I'M GOING CRAZY, SO SOMEONE COULD HELP ME PLEASE?

You need to make sure the image is selected before you will be able to move it. Click it once and make sure it is selected. you will know it is selected because it will become highlighted in the timeline and a box will appear around the image. Once it's selected you can click and drag it on the canvas.
