Its not letting me save my video : Account

So im to save what i've completed so far with my video and no matter which item i pick for it to save it doesn't do anything it just stays the same

This issue is sometimes caused when there is an issue with the soundtrack on the scribe. If you remove the soundtrack the scribe should save. Once you have saved it, add the soundtrack back on and the scribe should save normally.

it is telling me that i am on a trial version so I cannot save in win.mov can you tell me why

Hi Saad,

I see that you have upgraded your account to 'Pro'. You will now be able to render your scribes as WMV, AVI, MOV and MP4 (via sho.co).
