Does anyone know why the Sho.co sometimes doesnt show the final version of the video?
I have the first email saying its almost live but it never goes live.
Its a bit hit and miss as sometimes its perfect and other times simply doesnt work

Hi, I think I recall a couple of times, when multiple projects seem to be delayed on sho.co, customer support has followed up by stating that there was a queue of videos waiting to render, or something caused the servers to freeze.
In general my guess is that something in the project needs to be fine tuned a bit, so it can finish rendering. You can save the project to the cloud folder and raise a support ticketif you would like customer support to have a look at it.
