Searching online image folders in VideoScribe was temporarily unavailable yesterday for approximately 2 hours. 

This will have affected users that had logged in to VideoScribe during that period, but not users who were already logged in to the software.

This was fixed around 6:15pm UK time on 14th of February 2017.
