I bought videoscribe last Oct and meant to be used just for one month as I needed it for my major assignment. It's my fault that I didnt realise that this software charges the fee monthly. I have not used this software since last Nov but have been charged for 4 months. So I am wondering whether I can get refund for the last three months? Thanks.
