Access Denied

Hi 


We have paid our annual Videoscribe subscription and the receipt is showing as being paid on the system. 


When I try to log on it says "you need a Sparkol PRO account to use Videoscribe. you can only take advantage of the trial once.


Please could you help, as we are trying to get a project finished asap.
