Saving online and publishing new TAWE : Account

Hi,

I am trying to save an new Tawe online, or to publish it, but am not getting anywhere with either!

When I try to save, I consistently get "Project not saved (error: Error #2038"

When i try to publish, nothing happens. No error message, no movement... nothing!

Please help, I am keen to publish and share the new Tawe asap.

Sorry you are having problems. Do you get the same error when you try the export option as well?

I am getting the same error 2038 when I try to export to the cloud.

"Project not saved (error: Error 2038)"

I just shut down my iPad Pro and restarted it - that solved the problem.
