Hi 1) Have you used videoscribe on that computer before? 2) Does your computer meet the minimum requirements? and do you have the current version of Adobe Air installed? 3) Have you already tried restarting your computer?
4) If the problem occurs immediately after installing or upgrading then: a) uninstall the program b) download the videoscribe program and save it to your computer (do not install it directly from the website) c) install the program from your hard drive d) try to run the program and login

Reinstalled the program and it works.
