QUEJA E INCONFORMIDAD

¿COMO  PAGAR POR UN PROGRAMA QUE ME HACE PERDER TODO UN DÍA DE TRABAJO? LA PEOR DECISIÓN QUE HE PODIDO TOMAR ES USAR ESTE PÉSIMO PROGRAMA, NO PERMITE NI SIQUIERA DESCARGAR MI VÍDEO CON EL AUDIO INCLUIDO Y COMO SI FUERA POCO, EL AUDIO SE BORRA SOLO LUEGO DE INTENTAR SUBIRLO A YOU TUBE.  ESTE PROGRAMA ES LO PEOR QUE HE VISTO.

It may be best to keep all of your information in one thread instead of making multiple threads for the same topic.

If you want to export your scribe and attach it here, maybe other users can look at it for you and tell you what is wrong with it.

Otherwise, you should probably save your work online and tell support the name of it so they can look at it during their regular business hours. To contact customer support,click RAISE A TICKET.  As I said in your other thread, customer support works Monday through Friday during UK business hours.

Hi Catlina, sorry you're having issues.

I would advise to manually save your work as I can see a number of recoveries which would suggest you're closing VideoScribe without saving first.

I can also see a number of time where the voice over has been removed and added again.

When recording a voice over, you have to record it in one go. Once recorded I would suggest saving the file using the save button.

If you have any further issues, please raise a support ticket and we can take a look at the scribe for you.
