Copying Objects

Is it just me, or do all objects lose their properties when copied and pasted? I just created a test scribe for amorph sequence, copied it into another scribe, and all of the elements were pasted with Draw as the animation type. Now I have to go back and re-select the morph attributes.

It may seem like a small matter, but it is not to someone who is being paid by the job, not by the hour.

Any advice would be welcome.

Hi Mark,

When pasting copied images VideoScribe will set the animation type to draw by default. This is because copying a image with morph set, and then pasting it before the 'morphed from' image can cause problems in the time line. If you need to have a template scribe with morph animations and want to avoid copy and pasting it into new scribe files, you could try saving your template as a .scribe file and import it whenever you need to create a new scribe with that template.

import/export scribes
