Hello, I am having trouble to restore my purchases on an iPad 2 iOS 8.3. I had bought the full app and when I click on restore purchases it does nothing. It just stays there, however, when I click the button to buy it it does work. I have a meeting tomorrow and I really need it . Thanks, Salva

Sorry you have this issue.

If you were a previous VideoScribe app user (before version 2.1.3) user, you should be able to render after updating to 2.1.4.

If you are still unable to do this after updating to 2.1.4, please advise and we will investigate further via a support ticket.
