Hi, I have a question I had a trial account which I designed a video but now I have done an upgrade and I don't have the video on my account or canvas. How I can recover it?

I need the video I already did.

Hi Maria,

If the scribe you created on the trial was made on a different computer you will need to check on that computer for the scribe. I can see that you have downloaded the software for both Mac and PC so it could be that you are on a different computer to the one it was created on. 

If you wish to access scribes on different computers, make sure that you save the scribes to your online directory (cloud icon).
