Help! My scribe takes time to open and when it does the editing timeline at the bottom is solid white, not images. I can't get it to appear and the images refuse to be edited. Not sure why this is happening, This scribe is not new.

You could try saving it with a new name, restarting videoscribe and then opening the new copy.

The problem might indicate one or more corrupt elements that need to be removed and added back in.

You can also save a copy online and tell support the name of it if you want feedback.

timeline problems and damaged elements sometimes result from oversize image file or excessive camera settings.
