RENDER, MASTER, SAVE. WHY WON'T THIS WORK

I'VE READ ALL THE ARTICLES YET NONE OF THE FIXES WORK.  YOU KNOW HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS TO WORK LONG HOURS, THEN WASTE LONG HOURS TRYING TO GET A SOFTWARE TO SAVE YOUR WORK.  THIS VIDEOSCRIBE IS AWFUL ABOUT THIS ENOUGH TO MAKE THIS NO LONGER WORTHWHILE.  WE DO NOT HAVE TIME TO WASTE.

FIX THIS!

Hi,
(It's the weekend so support will probably not be reading the community forums until the work week begins)

Freezing, crashing and failure to render usually result from oversize image files, excessive camera settings or other factor that cause videoscribe to run out of memory. Videoscribe uses a maximum of about 1.7 GB of RAM.

If you want to solve the problem yourself:
community tips: TIPS to Avoid or Fix Videoscribe freezes, crashes, slowdowns, failure to export, or erratic behaviours.

If you want support to help you fix problems with your scribe, save your scribe online and tell support the name of it, preferably by raising a support ticket:raise a ticket
