I've uploaded my file to the videoscribe cloud and it is titled "CSL Final".  After reading help threads and optimizing images, camera angles, saving as new file, exporting and importing I've had no luck.

My export to video progress bar stays at 0% and doesn't move any further.  Please advise.

Hi Chris, I have converted this into a support ticket. Please check your email for further instructions. If you have the same issue, please save the scribe you are having difficulty with to your online directory (cloud icon), open a support ticket and let us know the name of the scribe.
