I am currently using the text option with VideoScribe. My client would like to add EM Dashes to the content but every time I paste the character "—" it reads the EM dash in the 'replace text' box but does not show up after I accept the text properties box.  Is this not supported?

I'd recommend trying a different font if the default font does not support that character.  You could also check to see if several regular dashes will look like one larger dash or if they are separated by gaps.
