Hi!

I'm trying to add a music to my scrib that is 00:01:29 length, but when I upload it, its end is cut, getting 00:01:22.

I've already tried to delete and upload again, but it happened the same.

I've tried to make the video to be longer and shorter than 00:01:29, longer and shorter than 00:01:22 and there was no difference, the music always stops at 00:01:22.

What should I do?

(the size of the file is 1,19MB)

1) set the music to "loop" on the music selection menu.
2) If that doesn't work, try putting the music in the voiceover slot instead of the music slot
3) if that doesn't work, save a copy of your scribe with a new name, restart videoscribe and try rendering the new copy.
4) you can also raise a support ticket to deal with customer support directly.
