Hello,  I only have two hands to choose from and I can't change my pens.  Is this right?

Sorry that you are having this problem- it sounds like there may be a corruption in the place that VideoScribe stores files locally, or VideoScribe may be having problems with accessing our online store of hands.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the program, or you can contact support directly by "raising a ticket": Raise a Ticket
