CANCELAR SUSCRIPCIÓN MENSUAL

Buenas noches, hace 1 semana inicié la suscripción por un mes de Video Scribe y quiero saber si automáticamente cada mes se cobrará de mi tarjeta de crédito una nueva  mensualidad. Si es así, me gustaría saber como cancelar la suscripción y como disfrutar solo este mes de Video Scribe

Llevo 15 minutos dando vueltas por la web porque deseo darme de baja en la suscripción mensual, no parece tal fácil como se dice al darnos de alta.

then click "CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION" on the next page

como puedo cancelar la cuenta no de pago, es decir que borréis mis datos, ya que no voy a comprar el servicio desearia eliminar mi cuenta sparkol. 

Oiane, you have not registered for a subscription so we have no payment information for you to erase. We can't delete your account though as we need to keep a record of your email address so we know you've already had a free trial already. I have unsubcribed you from our mailing list though so you don't hear from us again.

Hace un mes cancele mi suscripción y hoy me avisaron del banco que aplicaron el cargo, por fabor me urge recuperar mi dinero. 


¿qué debo hacer? 

Leonardo, the subscription against your email address was last charged in January 2015. Do you have another account with an active subscription? Your receipt should have an account number or invoice number on it if you can provide that we could track it from there. I've also included cancellation instructions below for you.

No entiendo, ya había cancelado la suscripción para que no se me hiciera el cargo en mi tarjeta. Lo que necesito saber es con quién puedo hablar para recuperar mi dinero.

Hi, this account danielatecuenta@hotmail.com  was cancel in january 14. Barry please  check the mail and account and help us to do the total cancellation. We didn´t use anything in videoscribe since a  year ago and we don´t longer needed.

Leonardo, the subscription against your email address has not been charged. On the receipt for your charge you should have an account or invoice number, if you can provide us that we can try and resolve this for you.

Yono, the account danielatecuenta@hotmail.com has not had a subscription for over 12 months and is cancelled.

Hi barry send you that sent me sparkol , the charge they made to my credit card charging , where he had already canceled the service.

Con el comprobante que te envíe ¿Cuándo podrías darme una respuesta de mi reembolso? o necesito saber de qué cuenta me están cobrando. Gracias.
