I am using the trial version of VideoScribe. I am trying to upload a video to my YouTube channel and it is saying my username and password is incorrect. I use that exact username and password daily to log into my YouTube so I know the information is correct.

 

Have you been able to upload a video to YouTube in the past?

If you have a video file you could use as a test, please try to upload it directly from within YouTube.

Yes I have been able to do it in the past. This is my first time via Video Scribe. I also read another troubleshooting article and it said to make sure your channel is verified, and it is. However, it wouldn't work.

I was planning on buying the software anyways, so I did when I encountered this problem. I was then able to save it as a video file and upload it through YouTube.
