I am trying to export a scribe but nothing is working, it gets stuck on "preparing video information". 

I have tried deleting and re-installing VS, rebooting my comp., saving under a new name, exporting the scribe and importing it back into VS. It is not working. I have spent 1,5 days trying to export this file and I am getting a little frustrated.

I really love what VS can do - but at the same time I want to kill myself whenever I use it :-)

It is in the cloud and is names ForloebAudio I think.

Could someone please take a look at it ?

If you are experiencing issues rendering your scribe please submit a support ticket. You can save the scribe to your online directory (cloud icon), give us the name of the scribe in the ticket and we can take a look for you.
