Failed

After making the video after quiet some time, it fails to download the video. Tried all possible options, but with no result.

- I have made the video shorter and smaller

- I consulted the Help Desk


Now I have my payment canceled because I had once needed, but this failed.

22euro discarded.

Sorry that you are having trouble.
I don't see any previous questions from you, but if you still wish to solve the problem, save the scribe online and tell support the name of it. It is pretty common to find some simple solution like "don't set morph time to zero seconds" or " one of your images is formatted in a way that causes a problem"

or you can export the scribe to a .scribe file (to do that, save and close the scribe to your local directory then click the scribe thumbnail and click the icon that looks like a floppy disk with a USB drive) if you would like other users to take a look at it for you.
