subscription

where can i go to find out what my subscription is and cancel or update it

I have a yearly subscription but I cant see when it ends

It ends on December 1st this year, so you've got a little while yet.

Note that this is not set to auto-renew, so you will need to manually update your subscription at that time in order to continue using VideoScribe

Hey Jay Steel,


I have taken yearly subscription for Videoscribe today , So I have done payment , in first case we got  order failed from my end so I tried one more time But it seems payment done two times and I got two confirming mails from your side as well. I am attaching two different invoices


Please check and refund money for one subscription.
