Ik was using the free trail. Yesterday I paid for a month but the program is still asking for a update to use videoscribe.
What can I do?
1) When this problem occurs, one common reason is that the user had more than one free trial account and the user upgraded one account and then tried to login to another account.
2) what is the exact error message you are seeing? That may indicate a different solution.
3) Check your paypal or bluesnap payment to make sure it was processed successfully, and that the payment isn't declined, processing or pending.
4) if you used paypal, there is sometimes a delay of several hours before the first recurring monthly payment is processed.
customer support will probably be able to provide you with more information, sort out any errors or change the payment from one account to another.
